Since I've fallen in love with Romand (stylized as Rom&nd) lip products, I wanted to try more products from the brand. Coincidentally, because I've also been looking for a new mascara, I decided to purchase the Romand Han All Fix Mascara (C$11.99 for 7g) from Stylevana. Packaging:

The Han All Fix Mascara comes in a matte gray tube. The mascara has a very petite brush wand. It's thin and slightly curved, perfect for catching even the tiniest lashes. Therefore, I think the wand design is perfect for short Asian lashes.

Formulation:

Also available in "L02 Long Ash" and "L03 Long Hazel", the Han All Fix Mascara in "L01 Long Black: is described as a classic black lengthening mascara. The formulation is water-proof and oil-proof so I've noticed that it lasts all day without smudging. The formulation has a medium consistency, not too runny and not too chunky. However, despite the nimble brush design, I found the application a bit messy. The formulation dries very quickly so as soon as I go in for a second coat, there's noticeable clumping. Additionally, the formulation is really not that very lengthening or volumizing.

As you can see in the before and after comparison, the mascara really doesn't do a whole lot for my lashes (granted, there's not a lot to work with). The Romand Han All Fix Mascara promises long-lasting hold and while it did hold the curl better than most Western mascaras I've tried, there was still notable drooping as the day went on. Overall, while I love the Han All Fix Masacara wand, I'm disappointed in the overall formulation, which simply doesn't provide enough hold, volume, or length.
