Packaged in a plastic bottle with a convenient flip cap, the Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Toner is formulated with deep seawater containing 72 minerals that preserve the natural balance of the skin. Other key ingredients include red algae extract, sugar cane extract, and a patented protease called Hatching EX-07 that gently exfoliates the skin, removing dead skin cells and controlling excessive sebum. Alcohol-free and scent-free, the 1025 Dokdo Toner has a very light and watery consistency. It feels instantly soothing and hydrating on the skin. Although the formulation has exfoliating properties, I would not call this an exfoliating toner so it's non-irritating. Personally, however, I don't think this toner did much for my skin other than bringing a little hydration. It is probably an ideal toner for sensitive skin but I'm looking for a little more exfoliating, pore-clearing, and brightening effects.
