Fresh has been pretty lackluster with releasing new products in the past couple of years, which is a real shame because I absolutely love the brand and am always eager to see what's next. One of the few recent releases is the Rose Instant Hydration Mist (C$32 for 100 ml). Fresh | Rose Instant Hydration Mist

Housed in a cute pink plastic bottle topped with a spray nozzle, the Fresh Rose Instant Hydration Mist is formulated with soothing rose water, moisturizing rose extract, and calming chamomile oil. With a very subtle rosy scent, the mist has a light liquid consistency. The formulation is mild and non-irritating so you can use as before skincare and before makeup. Additionally, because the mist is quite fine, it's also okay for use over makeup if you want a little pick-me-up throughout the day. To be quite frank, there's not a lot to criticize about facial mists as the ingredient list tends to be fairly simple. I personally would have loved to see a couple more active ingredients such as niacinamide in The Rose Instant Hydration Mist. However, given the cute packaging and the reasonable pricing, this is a good choice for those that like to incorporate a facial mist into their skincare routine.
