With so many lovely scents to choose from, the Aqua Allergoria collection from Guerlain is a great place for finding the perfect gift for fragrance lovers. Mandarine Basilic is the bestseller from the collection and it's easy to see why. Launched all the way back in 2007, Mandarine Basilic opens on notes of clementine and orange blossom. If you are a fan of citrus scents, this is a dream! The citrus profile is well-rounded, managing to smell zesty, sweet, and pleasantly bitter at the same time. The scent lacks longevity and it has a fairly weak sillage but it's undeniably a crowd-pleaser. I can't imagine anyone not loving this youthful, summery scent!

One of the most iconic products from Guerlain is the Rouge G Lipstick. With the lipstick refill and cap sold separately from each other so you can really customize your gift, the Rouge G Lipstick is available in almost 40 shades and 20 cap options. I have here two of the limited edition caps from the recent Fall 2021 release inspired by Parisian fashion. The "Pied de Poule" has the classic houndstooth pattern finished with a velvety flocked texture while "Tweed in Paris" features an actual tweed fabric woven with red and beige threads. Both are such timeless designs and compliment any of the red lipsticks such as the new, limited edition "N°34 Gold Red" and the classic "N°214".
A part of this year's limited-edition holiday collection, the Mad Eyes Contrast Shadow Duo is available in two new color combos. For those unfamiliar, the Mad Eyes Contrast Shadow Duo is a twist-up/retractable, double-ended eyeshadow pencil with a super long-lasting, smudge-proof formulation. The "Deep Plum/Shiny Gold" features a plummy brown scattered with subtle golden shimmers and a soft beige champagne shimmer. "Icy Grey/Dazzling Silver" offers a gunmetal silver and a pale silver, both scattered with sparkly silver shimmers. The formulation for the shadow pencils is slick and pigmented but it's also easily blendable for a sheer wash of color.
