It's been a while since I tried a new eye cream so I decided to test drive a couple of them from Honest Beauty. Since I initially delved into the Honest Beauty brand repertoire, I've been consistently impressed with the clean, cruelty-free, and eco-conscious formulation. Housed in a simple, no-fuss squeeze tube with a precision spout opening, the Deep Hydration Eye Cream is formulated with hydrating hyaluronic acid, soothing chamomile and calendula, nourishing shea butter, barbary fig extract, and baobab seed oil. The formulation has a lightweight but creamy texture and it spreads nicely around the eyes without leaving behind any greasy residue. The eye cream is made without drying alcohols and silicones and it has no synthetic fragrances. I really like how the formulation melts upon application so the cream feels almost weightless on the skin. It's definitely not the richest eye cream I've tried but it provides just the right amount of hydration and nourishment!

Designed with a cooling applicator, the Depuff Eye Gel is formulated with energizing caffeine, soothing chamomile and calendula, and light-reflecting pigments. The pigments are not visible, at least to my eyes, and the eye gel has a lightweight texture that's more of a cream than a gel. The cooling applicator feels super nice on the skin but it's not great at evenly distributing the product. In terms of performance, the Depuff Eye Gel is very similar to the Deep Hydration Eye Cream. It's plenty hydrating and nourishing but not rich enough for those with very dry skin looking for a more potent anti-aging action. Like the Deep Hydration Eye Cream, the Depuff Eye Gel spreads very nicely and leaves behind no heavy residues. There's no pilling or patching so it works great under makeup. Overall, these are two great everyday eye creams for those with normal to oily skin. The pricing is reasonable and the formulation is clean and effective so I would definitely recommend them!
