Packaging:Housed in a shiny and slim rectangular palette with a crushed metal finish, the Instant Eye Palette Bejewelled Eyes to Hypnotise is divided into four groups of three shades designed to create four distinct looks. Each shadow weighs about 0.8g so they are nicely sized and easy to access, either with a brush or just with your fingertips.

Formulation:Charlotte Tilbury shadows have always been very well-formulated but I feel like this palette takes it up to a whole new level. The palette offers three mattes while the rest are either shimmers or high-shine metallics. The mattes are airy and silky and the color payoff is amazing while the shimmers are creamy and pigmented. The metallics, on the other hand, are so intense and shiny and the formulation almost feels "wet". I appreciate that Charlotte Tilbury also creates shades that work harmoniously together, taking out any guesswork of attaining the perfect eye look. See below for a breakdown of all 12 shades.
