Belif | The True Cream Aqua Bomb (C$50 for 50 ml):
The star of the show, the True Cream Aqua Bomb is a gel-cream moisturizer formulated with Belif's proprietary combination of herbal extracts called the Napiers Aqua formula. With chickweed, lady's mantle, horsetail, and nettle, this combination moisturizes and soothes the skin, working together with a handful of other anti-inflammatory and antioxidant extracts, from plants such as Scottish heather, oat, calendula, and raspberry. The formulation is lightweight and non-greasy but it's also silicone-heavy. So depending on your stand on silicone-containing skincare, this may not be your cup of tea. Formulated with soothing honeysuckle extract, moisturizing baobab extract, and moisture-attracting sodium hyaluronate, the Aqua Bomb Hydrating Toner is a lightweight and refreshing toner designed to prepare the skin for other skincare products while adding a boost of hydration. Unfortunately, the formulation contains denatured alcohol (third ingredient), which I have been steering clear of due to its drying effect. Therefore, if drying alcohol is not a deal-breaker for you, this is potentially a great toner as it contains a ton of great botanical extracts.

A lightweight eye cream, the Moisturizing Eye Bomb contains hydrating comfrey leaf extract and elasticity-boosting pennywort herb. The formulation is non-greasy and easy to blend, a little goes a long way and it feels instantly soothing. It's probably not rich enough for those with aging skin looking for something super nourishing but for most skin types, the Moisturizing Eye Bomb makes for an excellent eye cream!

Also infused with Napier's Aqua Formula, this is a lovely gel cleanser that gently cleanses and hydrates the skin. The formulation creates a nice lather, enough for a deep clean without stripping away the skin's natural moisture.
