Each year, Givenchy releases a limited edition collection of its bestsellers all dressed up in a special packaging. The brand usually goes for a beautiful floral design but this year, black lace is the name of the game. Offering special versions of the L'Interdit Eau de Parfum, Prisme Libre Powder, and Le Rouge Lipstick, the Couture Edition 2020 Collection is available online now at Sephora. Givenchy | L'Interdit Edition Couture Eau de Parfum (C$118 for 50 ml):
Released back in 2018, this light floral fragrance boasts notes of orange blossom, jasmine, vetiver, and patchouli. The bottle saw a limited edition update last year with the 2019 Couture Edition and the same is true this year. Instead of the L'Interdit Givenchy logo printed in simple black on the front, the bottle is wrapped all around in a black lace design. This version feels extra feminine and sexy but the scent remains unchanged. To read more about the fragrance, check out my original review here.
Givenchy | Prisme Libre Loose Powder Couture Edition (C$77 for 12 g):
Available in the classic "1 Mousseline Pastel" color combo of translucent white, pale lavender, soft green, and baby pink, this version of the Prisme Libre features a silver lid printed with a delicate lace design. Hubert de Givenchy's autograph is embossed in a reflective silver, adding a touch of elegance and nostalgia to the design. I've reviewed and swatched this powder many times in the past so if you are interested in the formulation, check out my review here.

Givenchy is available in stores and online at Sephora and Holt Renfrew.

Givenchy | Le Rouge Couture Edition 2020 Lipstick in "306 Carmin Escarpin" |
Also embossed with the flirty black lace design, this is a special edition of the permanent Le Rouge Lipstick in "306 Carmin Escarpin". The color is a warm poppy red and the color is buildable to a full, shiny coverage. This is not the first time I've featured this shade on the blog as it was offered in a Couture Edition packaging in 2016. So to read my full review and see some lip swatches, check out my initial review here.
