Packaging:
The Ultra HD Vinyl Lip Polish comes in a flattened clear acrylic tube similar to that of the other Ultra HD liquid lip colors. The shiny embossed logo and brightly colored shade-matching caps make the packaging super fun, almost candy-like. The doe-foot applicator has a tapered tip and it's concave in the center to help pick up extra product.
Formulation:
Formulated with shea butter, aloe juice, and vitamin E, the Ultra HD Vinyl Lip Polish from Revlon is a liquid lipstick with a shiny finish. With a viscous and tacky texture, the Lip Polish is essentially a full-coverage lip gloss. The formulation is pigmented but the application is quite patchy, especially for the lighter shades. A lot of layering is required to achieve an even and opaque finish (as seen in the advertisements), which results in a rather heavy and high-maintenance finish that's prone to transferring and smudging. Additionally, depending on how many fine lines you have around your lip line, some minor feathering may be of concern.

So all in all, the Ultra HD Vinyl Lip Polish is not for everyone. Although they look super bold and stunning, the application is tricky and the finish is heavy and high-maintenance. If you are looking for a high-shine, full-coverage lip gloss for special occasions (that don't involve a lot of eating and drinking), then these are worth checking out. However, if you want an easy-to-apply, no touch-ups needed everyday lip color, they these are not it.
910 Cherry on Top: This is a bright tomato red. The formulation is quite pigmented but some layering is still required.

920 Power Up: This is a pastel neon coral. The formulation is quite patchy so I needed a thicker layer to ensure an opaque coverage.

925 Birthday Suit: This is a light rosy mauve. The formulation is much more even and pigmented as compared to the previous shade.

935 Berry Bliss: My personal favorite from the collection, this is a plummy berry pink. The formulation is nice and even and the color leaves behind a pretty pink tint.

950 Act Naturel: A pale peachy nude, Act Naturel is patchy but buildable. However, as the formulation is quite thick, using several layers can feel heavy and uncomfortable.

975 Rule the World: A bright neon pink, Rule the World is fairly opaque and easy to build. Similar to Berry Bliss, this shade also leaves behind a pink stain.
