Packaging:
Housed in a shiny silver tube, the Dior Addict Lip Glows have a translucent rectangular cap embossed with the Dior logo. The tube features the same iconic knob design as that of the other Dior Addict lip products and the actual bullet is molded with a flat tip for easy application.
Formulation:
The Dior Addict Lip Glows are a range of tinted lip balms formulated with a slick, lightweight formulation. Infused with mango butter and gourd extracts, the balms apply semi-translucent and intensifies as the formulation interacts with the humidity of the lips. The balms keep the lips hydrated while providing a natural wash of color. Because the formulation is quite light and sheer, these do wear off quite quickly but the lips are left with a soft hint of pink. See below for a breakdown of the four new shades.
007 Raspberry: Although appearing quite bright and intense in the tube, this shade is a nice soft translucent pink.
008 Ultra Pink: This is a super bright pink. Pigmentation-wise, Ultra Pink is probably the most intense out of all the Lip Glow shades. Even when the balmy finish wears off, the lips are left with a strong pink tint.
009 Holo Purple: Appearing as a sparkly lavender in the tube, Holo Purple provides the lips with a nice wash of translucent pink scattered with iridescent (not holographic) pink and blue shimmers. Because the shimmer particles are so fine, the formulation feels identical to that of the other shades. There is no grittiness or uneven textures.
010 Holo Pink: A lighter version of Holo Purple, Holo Pink is a soft pink packed with iridescent pink and blue shimmers.
