If you are a frequent visitor of the blog, then you'll know that I swatch a lot of lip colors and nail polishes. So naturally, I've created a dedicated list to showcase my personal favorite lip and nail products of 2017. It's a pretty big list so let's get started......
Lips:
1. MAC | Lip Scrubtious Lip Scrub: Leave it to MAC to make a lip scrub that's packed with sugar particles and just the right amount of oils and butters. The Lip Scrubtious is effective without being overly abrasive or greasy.
2. Dior | Dior Addict Lip Glow in "006 Berry": My favorite everyday lip color received a new shade in 2017! This deeper berry tone is just as flattering as the previous colors so it's perfect for the "no makeup" makeup look.
6. Lancome | Matte Shaker in "378 Pink Power": Lancome really aced it with the Matte Shakers this year. Aside from the cute and unique packaging, these are very pigmented and long-lasting!
7. Clinique | Jonathan Adler Pop Lip Color + Primer in "27 Santorini Pop": Clinique and Jonathan Adler are a match made in heaven and this gorgeous lipstick from the collection is just so pigmented and moisturizing!
8. Buxom | Shimmer Shock Lip Stick in "Supercharged": Shimmery lips really aren't my thing but I was pleasantly surprised with this Buxom lip crayon range. There were quite a few gorgeous colors to choose from and the shimmers are very fine and sophisticated.
9. Lise Watier | Rouge Intense Supreme in "Kelly": This is the perfect pinky rose! So natural and so flattering!
10. Givenchy | Rouge Interdit Satin Lipstick in "8 Framboise Obscur": This is a cream rosy berry lipstick. The formulation is beautiful and the packaging is just stunning.
11. Givenchy | Couture Edition 2017 Le Rouge Lipstick "315 Framboise Velours": A satin/matte version of the shade above (yeup, both of these needed to be included on this list), this limited edition rosy berry is very pretty and pigmented.
12. Make Up For Ever | Artist Liquid Matte Lipstick in "109 Praline": The Artist Liquid is a great range in general and this beige brown nude in particular is super flattering.
13. bareMinerals | GEN NUDE Radiant Lipstick in "Panko": Although not long-wearing, this is the perfect everyday sheer cinnamon nude.
14. Burberry | Liquid Lip Velvet in "No.17 Dark Rosewood": Similar to the Le Marc Liquid Lip Cremes (see below), this line is a rich, non-drying liquid lipstick and this shade is the perfect neutral rose.
15. Marc Jacobs | Le Marc Liquid Lip Creme in " Shush Blush": This is a creamy, non-drying liquid lipstick in a gorgeous neutral rose.
16. Christian Louboutin | Rouge Louboutin Metalissime Silky Satin Lip Color: Exquisitely packaged, Rouge Louboutin Metalissime is a unique metallic red lipstick with a very lightweight and moisturizing formulation.
17. THE FACE SHOP | Moisture Touch Lipstick in "RD04 Red Vodka": THE FACE SHOP definitely wowed with this rich blood red that's a super moisturizing and shiny.
18. Buxom | Plumpline Lip Liner: Available in 20 shades, this is a range of chubby lip liners formulated with a pigmented and long-lasting formulation. The color selection is bang-on, there's a match for every one of my favorite lip colors!
Nails:
1. OPI | Is That a Spear In Your Pocket: This is a pigmented muted teal cream that's a part of the Fiji Summer 2017 Collection.
2. Essie | As If!: As a part of the '90s-inspired Fall 2017 Collection, As If! is a super unique gray-blue cream.
3. CND | Mystic Slate: This is a gorgeous dusty gray that's incredibly buttery and pigmented.
4. CND | Viridian Veil: Veridian Veil is a stunning metallic blue that's a part of the Fall 2017 Collection.
5. CND | Ice Bar: Worn over a dark blue base, this is a pretty iridescent shimmer fleck glitter topper.
6. CND | Mercurial: This is a very opaque and eye-catching gunmetal silver.
7. Dior | 673 Ruby: As a part of the Holiday 2017 Collection, this is a festive cherry red shimmer.
8. Essie | On the Roadie: Ah, my favorite kind of green! So crisp, creamy, and oh-so-pigmented.
9. Essie | Sorrento Yourself: The perfect beige brown nude, this shade comes from the lovely Resort 2017 Collection.
10. Essie | Be Cherry: Not a particularly unique red but this shade is ultra rich, pigmented, and smooth!

3. Tarte | Rainforest of the Sea Quench Lip Rescue: This is a range of sheer tinted lip balms housed in the most adorable packaging. I wasn't really impressed at first but I've really come to love these. Although the wear is very short, the soft minty scent is really lovely and the formulation makes my lips look so plump and shiny without feeling heavy or sticky.
4. Lush | Naked Lip Scrub: Alright, so the MAC Lip Scrubtious is really amazing but Lush definitely created something innovative with their naked lip scrubs. These are essentially mess-free solid scrub bars that are super exfoliative and convenient to use.
5. Jack Black | Moisture Therapy Lip Balms: This is my holy grail nighttime lip balm. If you want softened, moisturized, and plump lips that stay that way, try this one!
