Packaging:
Housed in a faux leather zip-up agenda case, the Boss Lady Beauty Agenda set includes a 27-shade eyeshadow and cheek palette, a deluxe-sized Melted Matte Liquified Matte Long Wear Lipstick in "Sell Out", and a deluxe-sized Better Than Sex Mascara.
Also included as a part of the set is a hardcovered monthly agenda, which is very well made. Inside you will find some bonus stickers and tips and tricks for using the Boss Lady palette. I do use an agenda on a regular basis but I don't find monthly calendars to be very useful. Therefore, I wish this set included a weekly agenda instead. With that said, the agenda case can be used with any other similarly-sized notebooks and journals.
Formulation:
The star of this set is the 27-shade eye and cheek palette with 24 eyeshadows (0.95g), one highlighter (2.5g), one blush (2.5g), and one bronzer (2.5g). The color selection is nothing we haven't seen before with past Too Faced holiday palettes but the formulation is pretty spectacular this year. With the shadows, you get a nice variety of mattes, shimmers, and metallics and a good mix of everyday neutrals and festive holiday jewel tones. With the exception of only one shade (Santa's Helper), every single color is beautifully formulated. The mattes are creamy and even and the shimmers are super rich and pigmented.
For the cheek colors, everything is buttery and pigmented. The quality of giant holiday palettes are usually a little inferior as compared to regular, non-seasonal items but this set is very impressive, as you will see in the swatches below.
The included deluxe-sized Melted Matte Liquified Long Wear Lipstick is in the shade "
Sell Out", a surprisingly flattering rosy brown nude. The formulation is nice, creamy, and fully opaque. For a full review of the Melted Matte formulation, click

Overall, this is a great set! The formulation is phenomenal and the Melted Matte in "Sell Out" is a lovely everyday lip color. The eyeshadow and cheek colors may be a little repetitive as compared to previous years' palettes but given the nice formulation, I recommend checking it out whether or not you own any past Too Faced holiday sets!
