A couple days ago, I had the pleasure of previewing the Vancouver Christmas Market before it officially opened for Christmas 2017 and I've got an awesome sneak peek at all the food and shops that are available this year. So today, I wanted to share with you a list of unique and amazing gifts you can find at the market......
1. 4Cats | Sculpt A Yet Kit:
This is a fun and simple DIY kit perfect for lovers of arts and crafts. You get four shades of colorful clay to mold into a cute yeti. Once your masterpiece is complete, bake it in the oven to preserve its shape.
2. The Hartmont Candle Company | Woodland Whisper Candle:
For candle aficionados, The Hartmont Candle Company offers a range of handcrafted, high-quality soy candles made with a woodwick that crackles as it burns.
3. My Brilliant Star | Mini Herrnhut Star Kit:
With an origin tracing all the way back to the 18th century, the Herrnhut star is a traditional German symbol of Christmas. At the Vancouver Christmas Market, My Brilliant Star offers a whole array of decorative Herrnhut stars in various sizes, colors, and materials. The one I have here is actually a DIY kit that includes all the pieces needed to assemble a mini Herrnhut star. The set comes with a mini light bulb as well but the battery pack is sold separately.
4. Käthe Wohlfahrt | Wooden Christmas Ornament:
When you visit the Vancouver Christmas Market, make sure to check out the massive Käthe Wohlfahrt tent, where you will find all kinds of handcrafted Christmas decorations and tree ornaments from Germany. The items are definitely pricey but everything is exquisitely-made and collection-worthy!

Classic yet sleek, the wooden pens from The Woodman are handcrafted and meticulously sanded one-at-a-time. If you've got a writer on your list, this will definitely make a very beautiful present. Additionally, all the pens can be customized with a laser engraving for a special personalized touch.

Although we're living in a full-on digital age, it's still a treat to receive a hand-written card for special occasions. At the Vancouver Christmas Market this year, Kenzie Cards will be offering up a cute and on-trend selection of cards that will surely delight their receivers.

With its bee farm located right in Surrey, Honeybee Center has set up shop at the Vancouver Christmas Market and they have just about every kind of pure and natural honey you can think of.

With teas named "Lichter Glanz" (Bright Lights) and "Winterwonne" (Winter Bliss), Sonnentor Tea is an Austrian tea company that offers up some quality and certified organic Christmas teas.
14. Candy Meister | Tropical Punch Hard Candy:
You can't really go wrong with candy as a gift and the Candy Meister has a wide selection of all-natural German candies that are free of gluten and dairy.
15. The View Winery | Mulling Spices:
With this mulling spice kit from The View Winery, you can recreate the magic of the Vancouver Christmas Market by making you own gluhwein at home!
