For Fall 2017, Burberry is introducing a brand new My Burberry fragrance called the My Burberry Blush ($98 to $130 CAD). The Bottle:
My Burberry Blush is housed in an updated version of the original My Burberry bottle. Instead of a light tea-color, the heavyweight glass bottle and the perfume liquid are tinted with a fresh pink hue. The horn-finish cap that's inspired by the buttons of the Burberry trench coat is also lightened to suit the blushed theme while the hand-tied gabardine knot is pink instead of beige. Lastly, slightly-raised gold letterings adorn the front of the bottle, giving it just an extra touch of elegance.
The Scent:
The previous My Burberry fragrances (see my reviews for My Burberry EDP, My Burberry EDT, My Burberry Black) have all been great scents but this new addition to the family is without a doubt my favorite of them all. Opening on a fresh, tart, and mouthwatering accord of pomegranate, lemon, and apple, My Burberry Blush quickly reveals its sweet and ultra-feminine heart of jasmine, rose, and wisteria. The pomegranate and wisteria are definitely the standout notes and they are an absolute delight. The combination of the fruit and florals literally transports me to a dew-kissed garden on an early summer morning.

Quite honestly, the fruity floral fragrance market is saturated to the max and it's almost impossible to distinguish one scent from the other. However, My Burberry Blush is truly one of a kind! With that said, the fragrance is not without its flaws as it fades pretty quickly. Because the scent profile doesn't really contain any long lasting notes like woods or musks, it dwindles within just a few hours. All in all, though, this is a wonderful scent, definitely one of my favorites over the years! If you like a sparkling fresh fruity floral, then you'll have to check out My Burberry Blush! Trust me, you won't regret it!
