Undoubtedly the ultimate shopping destination for luxury beauty in Vancouver, the Holt Renfrew beauty department has undergone some amazing transformation in the past few months. A couple weeks ago, the store finally unveiled the new Beauty Hall, a stunning 16,000 square feet space that's home to over 50 cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance brands. If you haven't had a chance to visit the newly revamped department, read on to get a sneak peek and learn more about 12 unique brands you can find there......
With a marble-lined floor and a pristine, brightly-lit interior, the new Holts Beauty Hall is the home to 29 distinct counters featuring the likes of Chanel, Dior, and YSL. Additionally, nine private cabines are available for facial and skincare treatments by appointment. In addition to the major players, a selection of more unique luxury brands can also be found at the new Beauty Hall. Read on below to discover 12 beauty brands you can find there.
1. Sulwhasoo | First Care Activating Serum EX: A new addition to Holt Renfrew, Sulwhasoo is a sister brand of AmorePacific that offers up an extensive range of luxury Korean skincare.
2. Cle de Peau | Synactif Savon Soap: You can't really talk luxury skincare without mentioning Cle de Peau and I'm very excited to try this $100 face soap. Stay tuned for my review!
3. Foreo | Luna Play: Aside from the big names, Holt Renfrew offers up a selection of slightly more "indie" beauty brands such as Foreo, Marvis (see below), and Esqido.
4. Jo Malone | English Oak & Hazelnut Cologne: One of the few places you can find Jo Malone in Vancouver, the new Holt Renfrew Beauty Hall even has an interactive digital display case that helps you pick out your perfect scent!
5. Diptyque | Eau Rose Solid Perfume: The name that you've been seeing on all those fancy candles on Instagram, Dipyque is a French candle-maker that now offers a full range of fragrances and body care products.
6. Laura Mercier | Loose Setting Powder: With its translucent setting powder consistently topping all the must-have lists, Laura Mercier has a dedicated counter that's offering up a full roster of makeup products at the new Holts Beauty Hall.
7. Marvis | Limited Edition Krakum Toothpaste: There is such a thing as luxury toothpaste thanks to Marvis and you can find a variety of unique flavors (ex. orange peppermint with cardamom) at the Beauty Hall.
8. Valmont | Prime Renewing Pack: This is a world-renowned Swiss brand that specializes in anti-aging skincare. Their best-selling Prime Renewing Pack is a multi-purpose mask-cream and I'll definitely be putting it to the test!
9. Erno Laszlo | White Marble Radiance Emulsion: Founded by the famed Dr. Laszlo who worked with the likes of Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe, Erno Laszlo offers a wide range of skincare regimens catered to every skin type.
10. Oribe | Dry Texturizing Spray: Hair care never felt so luxurious with the sleek packaging of Oribe. I've heard lots of good things about the Dry Texturizing Spray (which doubles as a dry shampoo), so I'm very excited to give it a try!
11. Darphin | Lumiere Essentielle: A brand whose Lumiere Essentielle Oil Gel-Cream has already it into my regular morning routine, Darphin is a relatively affordable luxury skincare brand that you can find at the new Beauty Hall.
12. Hermes | Collection Colognes Hermes: Along with other brands such as Prada, Aqua di Parma, Chloe, Miu Miu, Valentino, Hermes fragrances are available as part the extensive fragrance selection at the new Beauty Hall.
