Smuggler's Soul Multi-Purpose Cream ($12.95 CAD):
Touted as a multi-purpose cream that can be used on the face, body, hands, or hair, Smuggler's Soul is formulated with a lemon balm infusion, oils of almond, argan, jojoba, coconut, camellia, and lots of other skin-loving ingredients. The cream has a pleasant and light fragrance with a hint of sandalwood and while the formulation absorbs very nicely, it leaves behind a slightly greasy residue so a little goes a long way. The cream is very moisturizing but this is one that I would recommend for combination or oily skin unless it's used exclusively for the nighttime.
Smuggler's Soul Shampoo Bar ($16.95 CAD):
Formulated with a watercress infusion that promises to keep the scalp happy, this is a limited edition solid shampoo bar that carries the signature Smuggler's Soul fragrance. With rosewood oil, sandalwood oil, vetiver oil, tagetes oil, and fresh lemongrass, the bar lathers quite a bit so make sure to use only sparingly. The masculine sandalwood fragrance is very apparent when you sniff the bar up close but when lathered into the hair, there really isn't much of a scent. The bar leaves the hair squeaky clean but if you have long or tangle-prone hair, the shampoo definitely needs to be followed up with a conditioner.
Smuggler's Soul Facial Scrub ($8.95 CAD):
Packed with super fine bamboo extract granules, the limited edition Smuggler's Soul Facial Scrub is an exceptionally potent facial scrub that gently yet effectively removes any rough patches on the skin. Formulated with argan oil, olive oil, papaya juice, rosehip oil, shea butter, and a plethora of other amazing ingredients, the scrub is thick and creamy. I love how it leaves my skin feeling so smooth and soft, without causing any dryness, redness, or sensitivity. It actually reminds me a lot of the Vasanti Brighten Up Enzymatic Scrub!
Stairway to Heaven Soap ($5.95 CAD):
Made with glycerine, rapeseed oil, coconut oil, bergamot, ylang-ylang, rose absolute, and star fruit puree, the Stairway to Heaven Soap appears to be a multi-colored soap pressed with an electric guitar silhouette. Well... that's how it appears on the Lush website anyways as the soap I received is a solid neon yellow chunk with no signs of any rockstar quality. I presume it was a chunk off of a larger design but nevertheless, I'm not very fond of the fragrance. The scent is subtle but it's a woodsy and smokey combination that's just a little too manly for my nose (but perhaps perfect for the manly dads out there).
Dirty Springwash Shower Gel ($9.95 CAD for 100ml):
A gorgeous bright teal shower gel, Dirty Springwash is formulated with glycerin, sea salt, spearmint, menthol, and thyme oil. The product not only smells invigorating, it is also very cooling on the skin, leaving the body feeling squeaky clean and super refreshed.
Dad's Garden Lemon Tree Body Spray ($27.95 CAD):
Literally packaged in a utility spray bottle, Dad's Garden Lemon Tree is described as a fresh lemon scent mixed with a herbal twist. A lot of the reviews on the Lush website complained that the spray doesn't smell like lemon but it totally does! It hits you with a light and refreshing combination of lemon, lime, and bergamot and a small hint of lavender. The smell doesn't linger around too long but it's a really nice summer scent that works for both men and women.
Dirty Body Spray ($23.95 CAD):
A much more masculine fragrance as compared to Dad's Garden Lemon Tree, Dirty has a woodsy scent that's punctuated with a strong hit of spearmint, tarragon, and lavender. This is definitely a very unique and intriguing men's fragrance and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something untraditional.
