The Urban Decay Vice Special Effects Lip Topcoat comes in a 4.7ml clear lip gloss tube with a shiny pearlescent cap. Instead of a standard doe foot, the applicator is a fine-tipped brush so you can apply the top coat more precisely.

Formulation:
Available in 12 shades in total, the Vice Special Effects Lip Topcoat features a lightweight gloss formulation that completely sets to a smudge-proof, texture-free finish. The darker shades are suspended in a sheer black base while the lighter shades have a clear base. All the topcoats are packed with glitters but a few of them are a bit patchy. The formulation works well over any lipstick but I would recommend pairing them with liquid lipsticks for a longer-lasting wear. The glitters from the topcoats aren't gritty or chuny but they might feel a bit drying over time. Overall, these certainly aren't for everyone but if you like some fun and intrigue with your lip colors, definitely give them a try!
Ritual: This is a very pretty green, purple, and blue shimmer suspended in a sheer black base. The effect it gives
reminds me of a mermaid's tail!
Reverb: A lavender purple shimmer with a black base, Reverb has a subtle duo-chrome effect that shines a bit denim gray.
Regulate: This is a cool-tone icy shimmer top coat. The sparkles have a larger, flaky like texture.
Monarchy: A gorgeous violet shimmer with a sheer black base, Monarchy has a slight purple duo-chrome effect.
Circuit: This is a fine green shimmer with a sheer black base.

Litter: Hands down my favorite out of the bunch, Litter consists of gorgeous iridescent micro sparkles suspended in a clear base.
Fever: This is a light iridescent peach shimmer. Like "Regulate", this shade has slightly chunkier glitters. When worn over a darker shade, the shimmers take on an icy blue shine.
Copycat: A mishmash of fine red metallic shimmers and iridescent micro glitters, Copycat provides a fun sheen with a dash of chunky sparkles.
Bruja: With a subtle blend of red and purple shimmers, Bruja provides the most refined effect that's more metallic than glittery.
3rd Degree: This is an interesting metallic gold shimmer. The application is a bit patchy so it's probably best dabbed on the center of the lips instead of spread across the entire surface.
