CND Creative Play Playland Collection: Review and Swatches

Inspired by the whimsical and fun-filled carnival experience, the brand new CND Creative Play Playland Collection introduces eight brand new shades that are perfect for Spring 2017. Hold on Bright!:
A juicy orange popsicle cream, Hold on Bright! is smooth and pigmented. The formulation is also very creamy and self-levelling. I used two coats for the swatches below.

Candycade:
This is a very sheer translucent white with just a hint of pink. The formulation is slightly patchy so I had to use three coats for a nice and even coverage.

Cherry-Glo-Round:
A hot and bold pink packed with iridescent shimmer flecks, this shade is slightly translucent but still nicely pigmented. I used two coats for the swatches below.

Look No Hands!:
This is a glitter top coat made with a clear base and a good sprinkling of pink and silver hexagonal glitters of various sizes. Below is one coat over "Cherry-Glo-Round".

Carou-celery:
A bright lime green with an almost neon quality, Carou-celery is very sheer. The swatches below required three coats but I was happy with the nice and even finish.

Amuse-mint:

A soft baby blue, Amuse-mint is surprisingly rich and pigmented. A light polish like this usually requires at least three coats but this was a simple two-coater.

Bling Toss:
This is a fun glitter topper similar to "Look No Hands!". Dispersed in a clear base is a mixture of silver and holographic hexagonal glitters of various sizes. Again, the formulation is pretty glitter-packed so you only need one coat for an even coverage.

Aquaslide:

This is a bright medium blue. The formulation is slightly sheerer than expected but two coats provided a nice and opaque coverage.
