Just when I thought that the
Chanel Spring 2017 line-up concluded with the
Coco Codes Collection, Chanel treats us to another stunning range called the
Énergies et Puretés Collection. With even more elegant and refreshing spring hues, this limited edition collection features quite a few must-haves! To see some swatches and read my reviews, click......

Chanel Spring 2017 Énergies et Puretés Collection |
Inspired by the playful and energetic spirit of the Asian pop culture, the Energy & Purity collection perfectly encaptures the spring color palette with its soft pinks, corals, and neutral browns.

Chanel Les 4 Ombres in "292 Jardins Éclatants" |
Chanel Les 4 Ombres Eyeshadow Palette in "292 Jardins Éclatants" ($68 CAD):
With a neutral combination of pinks and browns, "
292 Jardins Éclatants" (which translates to "glowing gardens") looks quite similar to the "
278 Codes Subtiles" palette from the Coco Codes collection. Included are a soft rosy shimmer, a pink champagne shimmer, a light brown shimmer, and a medium warm shimmer with a subtle dash of pink/red sparkles. All four shades are incredibly silky and finely-milled. The colors are pigmented but not overly so, allowing a natural and easy-to-blend application.

Chanel Plissé Lumière de Chanel Illuminating Powder |
Chanel Plissé Lumière de Chanel Illuminating Powder:
Undoubtedly my favorite item from this gorgeous collection, the Plissé Lumière highlighter is a stunning soft rose gold champagne. The powder is pressed with a pleated pattern inspired by Japanese "washi" paper. With a silky and smooth texture, the highlighter is very pigmented. Additionally, the highlighter provides a radiant and sophisticated sheen instead of over-the-top shimmers and sparkles. The powder also comes with a mini brush for on-the-go application.

Chanel Les Tissages de Chanel Blush Duo Tweed Effect in "100 Tweed Coralline" |
Chanel Les Tissages de Chanel Blush Duo in "100 Tweed Coralline":
Modeled after the iconic Chanel tweed textile, this two-tone blush is woven with shades of coral and soft champagne beige. The powder also has a dash of golden shimmers for some added glow. Everything blends beautifully to form a soft coral with a subtle golden sheen. The formulation is very silky and the pigmentation is semi-sheer but buildable for a very natural and radiant wear.

Chanel Le Vernis in "584 Bleu Pastel" ($32 CAD):
This is a pale baby blue with a creme finish. The polish appears to have a subtle matte shimmer quality but it is barely noticeable. The formulation is sheer but smooth. I used three coats for the swatches below.
