Formulation:
The Full Spectrum palette indeed includes a ton of bright and bold colors. The majority of the shades are shimmers with only one or two mattes/matte with subtle sparkles. Formulation-wise, the palette is a bit of a mixed bag. The reds and pinks and yellows are all pretty pigmented and buttery but a few of the darks and purples are disappointingly sheer and chalky. See below for a breakdown of the shades. Unless indicated, the formulation is smooth and pigmented.

Platonic: Gunmetal matte with iridescent shimmers; this one is patchy and sheer
Midnight Blaze: Soft matte black with gold shimmers; this one may be the sheerest out of all the shades
Hundred: Ultra pigmented forest green metallic with moss-gold shimmers
Delirious: Deep matte plum; this one is quite sheer and slightly chalky
Sketch: Satin purple with a slightly sheer pigmentation
Faded: Sheer dusty lavender with subtle gold shimmers
Iced: Sheer gray silver shimmer

Overall this is a decent palette. The packaging is beyond gorgeous as always but I was a little let down by the number of sheer and chalky shades (Faded, Delirious, Midnight Blaze, Platonic, and Minx). With that said, the palette definitely includes a great selection of unique and well-formulated brights, especially pinks and reds.
