Packaging:
The Glow Tonic To-Go comes in a simple plastic jar. Included are 60 travel-friendly pads. The pads are fairly thin but they are very durable; one side is also texture for a gentle exfoliation during application. All the pads hold a decent amount of moisture, not dripping wet but maybe just a tad dry. It's important that the jar is stored upside down. This prevents drying, ensuring that the top pad is always moistened.
Formulation:
These toner pads are soaked with the famous Pixi Glow Tonic. With a base of aloe juice, Glow Tonic is infused with extracts of witch hazel, horse chestnut, and ginseng. The formulation also contains 5% glycolic acid, which helps remove dead skin cells. Lightly scented with a fruity fragrance, the toner feels super refreshing on the skin. I've tried the original Glow Tonic (liquid form) and really enjoyed how it leaves the skin smooth and soft. The formulation gently exfoliates overtime for a more even and glowy complexion. The new To-Go format is definitely more convenient, for travelling or just for everyday use.
