Packaged in a really cute curvy red bottle with a shiny silver cap, the Peony Perfecting Toner has a light, water-like texture with the most alluring floral scent that's not too sweet or too strong. However, if you are sensitive to fragrances, you may want to see if you have any reactions to this product. The toner is formulated with glycerin, peony flower extract, and salicylic acid. The light texture is very refreshing, leaving my skin feeling extra soft and supple. The toner makes my face feel lightly moisturized but I noticed that if I don't pair it with a moisturizer (which is what I sometimes do during the daytime when I'm feeling lazy), my skin quickly becomes quite shiny and oily. So the application of a cream after the toner is a must. Other than that, this is definitely one of the best toners I've tried simply because how good it smells and how nice it feels on the skin.
