The Hard Candy Velvet Mousse Matte Lip Colors come in a flattened gloss tube with an elongated, paddle-shaped doe-foot. Each gloss tube has its own metal tin and the different shades all have their individual own floral watercolor print on the outside.

Formulation:

The Hard Candy Velvet Mousse features a soft cream formulation that's pigmented and rich. The lip colors apply fairly smoothly although the coverage is dependent on the shade. The finish, again, is also dependent on the color. Some are quite matte while the others have a sheen. These shades do not set but the wear is not bad as the colors cling really well to the lips.

Wisteria: Dark vampy plum; this shade is slightly patchy.
Daffodil: Beige nude with a nice and opaque coverage.
Cherry Blossom: Beautiful rose-red with a very velvety finish.
Hibiscus: Bright soft coral; this shade was very patchy and the finish is not at all matte.
Dahlia: Dark vampy wine red; this shade is pigmented but slightly patchy.
Sweet Pea: Pale baby pink with a slightly patchy formulation. The finish is creamier than it is velvet.
