Packaging:
The 5 Couleurs Polka Dots Eyeshadow Palettes from Dior come in the classic Dior five-color eye palettes. The boxes are printed with a cute polka-dot pattern, but the actual compacts, unfortunately, didn't feature any similar design.
The black compacts are accented with silver detailings and the palette includes two dual-ended mini applicators.

Formulation:
"
536 Escapade" holds a very warm color palette. Included are a soft neutral beige satin, a pretty baby pink satin, a fresh pastel orange satin, a rich warm brown shimmer, and a bright white shimmer. Dior doesn't always have the best eyeshadow formulation but all five shades here are absolutely lovely. The colors are not superbly rich but they all have a silky soft texture and the pigmentation is even and buildable. The gorgeous brown in particular is very silky and pigmented.

"
366 Bain de Mer", on the other hand, features a more cool-tone theme. Included are a satin coral orange, a pale beige shimmer, a sheer light blue shimmer, a sky blue satin, and a nude beige shimmer. Like the colors from "536 Escapade", the beautiful shades here are all very silky and reasonably pigmented. The light blue is the only shade that left me a bit disappointed given how sheer it is. Overall, though, both palettes are really lovely; if you want a soft, summery pop of color for your lids, definitely check these out!
