The liquid lipsticks come in mini 1.5 ml tubes embellished with festive gold details. The doe-foot applicators are flattened on both ends which work nicely at spreading the lipstick evenly on the lips.
Overall:
This is a nice value set that's great if you want to test out several shades of the Stay All Day Liquid Lipsticks. The formulation is definitely top-notch as far as liquid lipsticks go. However, I personally don't find either Baci or Ricco to be very flattering. Baci completely washes me out and Ricco lacks that hint of red that makes dark brown lip colors wearable.

Formulation:
The Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipsticks have a light and creamy texture that applies very smoothly and evenly. The ultra-pigmented formulation dries down quickly to a matte texture that really clings to the lips. The wear is phenomenal, I can get through both eating and drinking without having any noticeable smudging or fading. The formulation is slightly drying, but that's the price you pay for all-day-wear. "Beso" is a pre-existing shade and one of the best-selling colors from the Stay All Day range; it is a bright and vibrant red that's bound to flatter any skin tone. "Baci" and "Ricco" are both brand new shades which will be released as full-sized versions in 2016. "Baci" is a nude mauve with a slight gray tint; I personally don't find this very flattering but I know lots of nude lovers that would adore this. "Ricco" is a super dark chocolate brown. This one looks a lot redder in the tube but once applied on the lips it's really deep. Again, this is not a color I would wear, If it leaned a bit more wine-red, it would be a lot more wearable.  |
