In addition to the colorful 24-eyeshadow palette, the limited edition Sephora + Jem and The Holograms Collection includes quite a few fantastic lip products. To see some swatches of the Truly Outrageous Liquid Lip Set ($31 CAD) and the Truly Outrageous Lipstick ($20 CAD), click........
Packaging:
Housed in a gorgeous hot pink glitter tray (no glitter fall-outs, yay!) with a see-through sleeve, the Truly Outrageous Liquid Lip Set comes with five lip colors: four liquid lipsticks and one glitter lip gloss. The lip colors come in 2.48 ml clear lip gloss tubes; there are some translucent holographic embossings on the tubes and the black caps have pink Sephora + Jem and the Holograms logos. Finally, the lip colors come with a simple doe-foot applicator.
Formulation:
Fashion and Fame: A clear gloss packed with iridescent glitter, Fashion and Fame is actually not a liquid lipstick. This is a plain gloss with an unfortunately gritty and tacky texture. With that said, it's still a fun glitter gloss that can be used over solid colors to give a fun pop of shine.
Like a Dream: This is a beautiful rosy nude with a beautiful matte liquid formulation that's pretty much identical to that of the Sephora Cream Lip Stains or the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipsticks. The pigmentation is completely opaque yet buildable at the same time; if you layer on a second coat, you will end up with a dusty rose. The finish is transfer-proof (albeit a tad drying) so this baby will last through quite a bit of drinking and eating.
To the Rescue: A beautiful wine-berry, To the Rescue has the same kind of transfer-proof and matte formulation as Like a Dream. Again, this color is also buildable so you can opt for a vampy berry if that's your preference. I wore this just last week and got quite a few compliments on it; it's pretty much the quintessential fall lip color.
Music is Magic: A retina-searing fluorescent neon pink, Music is Magic is also matte with a decent pigmentation. However, this shade has a thicker texture and the color doesn't set completely like the other two, so there is some transferring even though the wear is still very impressive.
She's Got the Power: This is a deep eggplant purple with a subtle shimmer. The formulation is slightly patchy and like Music and Magic, the color doesn't fully set so there is some minor transferring.
Packaging:
The Truly, Truly Outrageous Lipstick comes in a hot pink plastic tube. The design has similar holographic lightning bolt embossings and a black Sephora + Jem and the Holograms logo. The lipstick also comes in a glitter-covered tray with a plastic sleeve.

A bright fluorescent neon pink, Truly, Truly Outrageous is mostly matte with a subtle fine blue iridescent sheen. The formulation is quite opaque with a rich texture and the wear is decent. Overall, this is a really nice pink that reminds me a bit of MAC's Show Orchid.
