H&M Cream Lip Color Lipstick in "041 Candy Apple": Review and Swatches

After testing out the Smoky Nudes Eyeshadow Palette from H&M's new beauty line, I was quite disappointed with the formulation. However, I'm giving the collection another try today with the Cream Lip Color Lipstick ($12.99 CAD) in "041 Candy Apple". To see some swatches and my thoughts on the formulation, click.......

Packaging:
The Cream Lip Color comes in a modern and simple shiny gold bullet. The cap is white with the H&M logo embossed in gold. The lipstick has a really nice weight to it, not something I expected from a $13 lipstick.

Formulation:
A bright cherry tomato red, "041 Candy Apple" is incredibly rich and creamy. The pigmentation is top-notch and the formulation feels really comfortable and hydrating on the lips. The wear is decent but it's fairly prone to smudging and transferring.

Overall:
H&M has certainly redeemed itself! Everything about this lipstick is pretty darn awesome. The price is affordable, the pigmentation is rich and pigmented, and the packaging is simple yet luxurious.
