The Wonder Glow comes in a lovely rectangular plastic bottle. The bottle is squeezable and the product dispenses from a pointy spout. The cap is note-worthy because it's rose gold and super pretty.

With a lightweight, almost serum-like texture, Wonder Glow can be used as a primer underneath your foundation or it can be mixed into your foundation. It can even be dabbed over your makeup for a highlighting effect. The Wonder Glow is packed with cool gold micro-shimmers. When really blended out, the shimmers become very subtle so they give only a glow. The product is formulated with hyluronic acid so it moisturizes the skin while giving it a blurred effect.
This is very similar to MAC's Prep + Prime Natural Radiance and Annabelle's CC Instant Perfecting Base. The only downside with this primer, as is with most primers with a similar formulation, is that it's not great for those with oily or combination skin as it doesn't curb sebum production and may cause the skin to look greasier than usual.

Overall:
This is a lightwight illuminating primer/highlight that blurs, moisturizes, and highlights the skin. The shimmers are very subtle so they will provide only a glow and not an over-the-top glitter fest. With that said, I don't think the formulation is great for combination or oily skin but it would be wonderful for dry to normal skin.
