The Feline Flick comes in a simple tapered felt-tip pen. Although the felt-tip is said to be inspired by the Japanese calligraphy brush, it isn't something we haven't seen before.
Nevertheless, the fine tip is very flexible and it allows precise application. The pen's cap is a bit loose which makes me worry that the product might be more prone to drying.

The Feline Flick features a black ink with a mostly matte finish. The black color is fairly soft, not as intense as most black liquid liners. The thin felt tip allows the pen to draw some very precise strokes so it is easier to use compared to those thicker felt-tip liners. The formulation sets very quickly and I'm very glad it doesn't have a dry, crusty finish.
The downside, however, is that the formulation is not very water or oil proof, which is quite unfortunate as moisture and oiliness will cause smudging.

This is a lovely liquid liner with a great application. The felt tip is easy to work with and the formulation has a lovely finish. Unfortunately, the liner is not waterproof so it will smudge if you live in a humid environment or have oily lids.
