Cream-to-Shadow Iridescent Eyeshadow |
Cream-to-Powder Iridescent Eyeshadow ($24 CAD):
With this new collection, Clarins is adding three limited edition shades. "03 Aquatic Grey" is a deep gunmetal grey shimmer, "01 Aquatic Rose" is a peachy rose gold, and "02 Aquatic Green" is a bright blue shimmer. All three shades are stunningly pigmented; the texture is super buttery and the wear is impressive as well! Compared to the
matte shades released for Fall 2014, these pack a lot more color.

Aquatic Treasures Summer Bronzing Compact ($42 CAD):
Housed in the most precious and exquisite compact, this powder features four slightly different shades of bronzer. The powder is pressed with a pretty pearl and coral design and the formulation is super soft and finely-milled. When blended together, the bronzer has a soft matte satin finish with very, very subtle golden sparkles. The color of this bronzer is quite light so it will work very nicely with paler skin tones.

Waterproof Eye Pencil ($26 CAD):
The new limited edition Waterproof Eye Pencil for the Aquatic Treasures Collection is called "05 Aquatic Green", which is a bright, fun medium blue with subtle blue shimmers. The liner has a sponge-tipped smudger and the formulation is very pigmented and creamy; it's not completely smudge proof which makes me a bit disappointed, but the color is definitely waterproof.

Overall:
Clarins makeup is always known for its understated simplicity and amazing formulation and this collection proves to be no different. I am absolutely in love with the Cream-to-Powder shadows; the texture and the pigmentation are just divine. The bronzer, additionally, is also very beautiful, perfect for pale-skinned gals.
