Housed in a gorgeous jar, Polish is a "unique 2-in-1 facial scrub and mask". Formulated with kaolin clay, Polish is to be massaged onto the skin while the face is still damp. After exfoliating the skin surface with it jojoba beads, the product is to be left on the face for a couple of minutes so the kaolin clay can draw out even more dirt and oil. Infused with grapefruit and peppermint oils, Polish feels nice and cooling on the skin. Additionally, the white tea extract and macadamia oil leave the skin super soft and supple.
Sometimes a scrub can be too weak and ineffective or too rough and sandy, but the whipped, lightweight texture of this one is just right; Polish is gentle yet effective. The product doesn't really harden like a clay mask when left on the face, but it will dry slightly so it doesn't leave the skin feeling tight.

Dr. Roebuck's Tone ($29.95 CAD):
A lovely toner designed to tighten, brighten, and sooth the skin, Tone is formulated with aloe vera, grapefruit, and peppermint. I was slightly disappointed with this toner, not because it's drying or irritating, but I just feel like it doesn't do much for the skin. I was hoping the peppermint translates into a nice tingling sensation but it didn't really feel like much when I smoothed it over my skin with a cotton bud. With that said, the product certainly is very gentle.
Overall:
I love the Polish mask/scrub duo. It's gentle yet effective and the cooling sensation on the skin feels great. The toner didn't really wow me because I was hoping that it would give an equally relaxing and cooling sensation. With that said, it's non-irritating and helped remove residual dirt and oil on the skin.
