Packaging:
The Shine Lovers come in a completely new packaging compared to other Lancome lipsticks. The tubes are made of a shiny shimmery white material with silver accents. There is a shiny embossing of the classic Lancome rose on the top of caps.

Formulation:
Made with colored pearl pigments suspended in a translucent base, the Shine Lovers are semi-sheer with an incredible sheen and hydration thanks to its hyaluronic acid and rose bush oil. The colors feel super moisturizing and cushion-y on the lips and the semi-sheer pigmentation doesn't crease, making the lips look very plump and youthful. The longevity is ok as the colors are transferable but if you don't do much eating or drinking, the colors will last for around four to five hours.

346 Electrisante: A bright cool-tone pink, this shade, like all the others, have micro-shimmers in the tube but they are not really visible when applied on the lips. This color somehow felt sheerer than the others, most likely due to the fact it looks so bright in the tube.
314 Spontanee: A pale nude coral peach, this one is definitely suited for those with lightly pigmented lips as it is a bit too pale for my liking. This shade also seemed to settle more into the lines of the lips.
354 Inattendue: This is a very pretty neutral rose, my favorite of the four. The color is super flattering, the perfect everyday color.
212 Twisted Beige: This is a nude rose, slightly lighter than 354. This color is surprisingly natural, one of the few nudes I've tried that didn't wash me out.

Overall

I love both the formulation and the packaging. The Shine Lovers are truly moisturizing with just the right amount of coverage. I wouldn't say these are shinier than the Rouge in Loves but they are definitely more cushion-y. The shade 354 Inattendue is a great everyday shade, very "my lips but better".
