Happy Friday everyone! Today I have an absolutely stunning eye shadow palette from Mark. to share with you all. Featuring 16 ethereal marbleized shades, the Eye Dream of Glam Ultimate Eye Shadow Palette ($40 CAD) is just all kinds of amazing. I mean, don't the shadows look just like small little planets from a far far away galaxy?

Packaging:
The Eye Dream of Glam palette comes in a simple shiny black plastic palette with windows in the front that gives a peek to the beautiful shadows. Each shadow is actually quite large (2.2g each) so there is plenty of products to work with!
Formulation:
Each shadow has a unique blend of various shades but they mostly swatch like the main color seen in the pan. The formulation is very similar to baked shadows, a bit hard but still nicely pigmented. The shades can be applied wet or dry depending on the kind of look you are going for.
Shades:
There are 16 shades in total, all of which are shimmery or metallic. Most of the colors are quite light and a few ended up being quite similar.
- Shimmery icy white
- Shimmery pale pink
- Soft gold shimmer
- Icy blue shimmer
- Shimmery warm pink
- Pale champagne shimmer
- Golden metallic copper
- Burgundy mauve metallic
- Shimmery warm pink (quite similar to the previous color)
- Coppery brown metallic (slightly darker than the previous color)
- Pale champagne shimmer (quite similar to previous color)
- Gunmetal metallic grey
- Coppery brown metallic (same as first one)
- Shimmery blue
- Dark shimmery grey (similar to gunmetal grey)
- Shimmer purple
Overall:
These shadows are gorgeous in the pan and the marbleized design is really unique! The formulation is nicely pigmented but a tad dry. I was hoping for more color variation as well. They all look different in the pan but when swatched, several shades are quite similar to each other.
Availability:
Mark. Holiday 2014 products will be available starting November 2014 through Avon Independent Sales Representatives and on Mark. online.
