Nail polish makes great gifts for the holidays and to bring things to another level, Formula X released a super adorable 22 polish set that comes neatly packed in a small paint can. The appropriately named Paint The Town 22-Piece Mini Nail Polish Set ($69 CAD) features a selection of festive colors from Formula X. To see swatches of all 22 colors, click......
Packaging:
The polishes are housed into a plastic and metal tub shaped like a paint can. The set offers a selection of colors and each polish is 4ml. The bottles and brush are very similar to the OPI minis. A few of the brushes (especially for the lighter shades) are a bit shoddy and left behind some weird black debris, so I do wish they improved the quality of the brushes.
The set includes 11 crème polishes, 6 glitters, and 4 shimmers.

Overall:
The glitters in the collection are all pretty great, and the majority of the shimmers are very good as well. The formulation of the lighter crème are quite sheer and could definitely use some improvement. The few shades that really stood out to me is Need for Speed (pale silver foil), Absolute Zero (pale champagne shimmer with silver glitters), Perfection (mauve-y taupe crème), and Dark Matter (black crème). All in all, I think this is great for someone who is just getting into polishes because the majority of these are staple colors so if you already have a lot of polishes, it's probably more wise to invest the $69 CAD in a few full size Formula X polish shades that you really love.
