For the eyes, I used three products from NYC:
Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil in "937 Teal" ($3.99):
This is a gorgeous, creamy, and ultra pigmented gel pencil liner. I used it this as a base for my shadows and it made everything so much more intense and vibrant.

NYC Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil in "937 Teal" |
This is a nifty little palette that includes three shadows that help achieve a dramatic and fun smoky eye. "West Vintage" features one shimmery highlight with a hint of green, a gorgeous deep purple and a shimmery dark green. The pigmentation of these are superb, for under three dollars, the value is just phenomenal.

HD Color Trio Eye Shadow in "West Village" |
This is an interesting presentation of a loose eye shadow. The product comes in a standard lip gloss tube and dispenses via a doe-foot applicator. The powder is finely milled and the pigmentation is spectacular, but there is a lot of fallout, especially when I try to pull the wand out of the tube. So make sure to use this over the sink or some scrap paper so the shimmer doesn't land everywhere.

Sparkle Eye Dust in "Aquamarine Sparkle" |
For the face, I finished things off with some black gel liner from Maybelline and some falsies from Kiss (the style is called "Shy"). For my cheeks I used Clarins blush in "Tawny Pink" and for the lips I used Yves Rocher Sheer Botanical Lipstick in Marron Glace.
