What its is:
-Lightweight, breathable liquid makeup primer with no oil, silicone, or parabens
-Formulated with vitamin E and antioxidants
-Primes skin, evens out skin tone, reduces appearance of pores, redness, and breakouts
-Reduces need for touch-up or blotting
-Can be worn alone or under makeup
Packaging:
The Makeup Primer Spray from Skindinavia comes in a sleek black spray bottle. The product comes out in a fairly fine mist but I find that unless you are spraying from a very far distance, you will still need to blend the product a bit for a 100% even coverage.
Formulation & Result:
After the primer sets (which happens only seconds after it is applied), it has a slightly tacky feeling. The product is lightweight but I definitely notice the difference between bare skin and skin that has been sprayed with this primer. The primer smoothes out the skin without making it feel tight or dry. With that said though, I didn't notice a dramatic reduction in the appearance of pores.
In terms of helping makeup last and oil reduction, I also did not notice any difference with this spray, my skin started getting shiny a couple hours into the day, just as it would when I don't wear a primer. The spray helps smooth out unevenness and that helps with the application of foundation but other than that I did not notice any other differences.
Overall:
Because I have a very oily T-Zone, this primer simply doesn't do enough for the me. I think for someone with normal to dry skin, this product will show a bigger difference. Skindinavia also has an Oil Control version of this primer, which I have yet to try but I reckon that one will work better for me.
