The Pop Balms come in a sleek silver tube and the transparent caps come in colors that match the shade of the balm.
The Pop Balms have a moisturizing, lightweight texture similar to that of Maybelline Baby Lips, and the sheerer Revlon Lip Butters. The pigmentation is fairly sheer but it is definitely buildable. The shade "Wild Lily" is a very summery cool baby pink. Like with most of these sheer balm colors, the wear is fairly short, about three to four hours with minimal drinking.
I am always excited when brands release colored balms and these Pop Balms from L'Oreal did not disappoint. The formulation is super moisturizing and the color is so fun and feminine!
