Biotherm Life Plankton Essence Unveiling Event

Last week, Biotherm held a lovely unveiling event in Vancouver for the release of its revolutionary new skincare product, the Life Plankton Essence Miracle Skin Renewer. I, along with a number of the other Vancouver beauty bloggers and Youtubers had the opportunity to learn all about the history and discovery of thermal plankton, the research and development that went into the Life Plankton Essence, and the amazing benefits the product brings to the skin.

Hailing from the waters of the Pyrenees mountains, thermal planktons are micro-organisms that provide the skin with exceptional healing properties, capable of treating various inflammatory skin disorders. It was even believed that the Gallo-Roman warriors travelled to the waters of the Pyrenees mountains to bath their wounds in the precious plankton infused water. After the discovery of the rejuvenating properties of the Life Plankton, Biotherm researchers spent decades perfecting the in-vitro cultivation of the micro-organism, which are extremely sensitive to changes in temperature, oxygen, and pH level.
After finally being able to efficiently grow the Life Plankton en masse, the researchers created the Life Plankton Essence, which contains an extremely concentrated (5%) amount of Life Plankton extract.
The product has shown incredible results in clinical trials; 100% of the participants felt their skin was smoother, softer, more radiant and more even after only eight days of use.

After learning all about the Life Plankton Essence, we had our skin evaluated with a super high-tech Biotherm gadget that assesses the skin's moisture level, sebum production, and elasticity. Not surprisingly, the device showed that my skin was oily and a bit dehydrated.

Depending on the skin's needs, the Biotherm Life Plankton Essence can be incorporated into different skin care routines. In the Hydrating Routine, the Life Plankton Essence can be combined with the Aquasource Deep Serum and the Aquasource Gel to keep the skin soft and moisturized all day long. In the Ageless Routine, the essence is combined with the Blue Therapy Serum and the Blue Therapy Moisturizing Cream to provide anti-aging benefits.

I started using the Life Plankton Essence about one week ago and have been seeing some really good results, stay tuned for my full review of the product. I wana give a big thank you to Biotherm for coming to Vancouver and hosting such an amazing event, I learnt quite a bit about the Biotherm lines and the magic of the Life Plankton.
