It's that time of the month again!
Julep Maven box selection time! I was sort of intrigued by the colors this month so I decided to do a quick post about it. Also, the highly anticipated Plié wands are finally here as well so that's definitely something I am looking forward to learn more about.

Can we please talk about the whole skin color photoshopping thing? The discussion seems to be popping up everywhere with mostly negative feedbacks from people. I personally don't really see the issue, it's kind of strange but it's understandable. It takes time and effort to apply polishes and photograph the perfect picture so it kind of makes sense to just photoshop the skin colors. I for one am grateful that Julep at least doesn't straight up photoshop (I don't think so anyways) the nail polish colors like Sally Hansen & OPI does for magazine ads...
For add-ons this month, Julep has a dotting tool and striper that's compatible with the Plié wand which I thought is quite interesting.
