Lush Easter Review Part I: The Immaculate Eggception Pink Bath Bomb & Bunch of Carrots Reusable Bubble Bar

Disclaimer: Products featured were provided for review.
It's that time of the year again! Easter time at Lush! This year the collection features eight fresh and springy bath/shower products, and four of them are brand new!
Today I have reviews of two bath products from the collection, The Immaculate Eggception in Pink and Bunch of Carrots! To read more, click......
The Immaculate Eggception Pink Bath Bomb ($12.95 for 245g):

Key Ingredients:
-Grapefruit Oil
-Fair Trade Vanilla Absolute
-Gardenia Extract
-Lemon Oil

Design:
Shaped like a giant painted Easter egg, the Immaculate Eggception has an adorable surprise on the inside when you crack it open!

How to use:
When opened up, the outer shell is good for two baths and the surprise inside is good for another. Simply drop the bomb into the bath while the hot water is still running.

Scent:
The combined citrus, floral, and vanilla scent almost smells like candied watermelons, super yummy!

Result:
The Immaculate Eggception turned the bathwater into a lovely shade of pink and left the skin feeling soft and silky. The clean up was also simple since it didn't leave behind any chunky residues. The surprise inside (see below) also made this bath bomb that much cuter to use!
And here is what's inside the egg... an adorable baby chick with a jelly candy as a beak!! How cute is that!?
The surprise inside the egg!
Key Ingredients:
-Buchu (an evergreen shrub) Oil
-Sicilian Lemon Oil
-Bergamot Oil

Design:
The Bunch of Carrots look exactly like a bunch of fresh carrots! The stem part is made of a recyclable material that provides a convenient way to hold on to the carrots while running them under hot tap water.

How to use:
Hold under running tap water to fill the tub with bubbly goodness.

Scent:
The Bunch of Carrots have a very subtle citrus scent, the Buchu oil is suppose to give it a "fruity, blackcurrant fragrance" but I didn't pick up on that.

Result:
When dissolved, Bunch of Carrots had a very subtle scent and it filled the tub with a good amount of bubbles. However, compared to other bubble bars Lush offers, the bubbles provided by Bunch of Carrots is lacking and seemed to last for a shorter amount of time. Lush claims the bath is good for at least seven uses but at least one carrot is needed to provide a good bubble bath so in reality the bunch of Carrots provides at most three baths which brings up the price. The good thing about these, though, is that they are fairly mess free and didn't leave behind too much residue in the tub.
So there you have it, two wonderful bath products from this year's Lush Easter lineup. I recommend picking up The Immaculate Eggception, the scent is really lovely and that surprise inside the egg is just too cute to bear!

Availability:
Easter items are available online and in stores starting March 24th, so get them while they are fresh (technically they are always fresh)!
