Hi everyone! Today I have the swatches and reviews of two polishes from the new Sally Hanson Triple Shine Nail Polish Collection. This new line promises to deliver long lasting shine to your manicures.
"Pearly White" is a gorgeous "broken glass shard" flakie effect polish, and the Triple Shine Top Coat adds extra gloss to any nail polish.

As you guys may know, flakie effect nail polishes are probably my favorite kinds of polishes, so naturally I was overjoyed to try out "Pearly Whites". This flakie topper is packed with blue/green/orange shift iridescent flakie shards and tiny iridescent hexagon glitters.
I paired it with a simple black cream to really show off the color shifting effect. I used two coats over American Apparel "Hassid". "Pearly Whites" is absolutely stunning, it's different from the Essie Shine of the Times flakie in that the pieces are more jagged and varies more in size, but it gives a cool effect nevertheless.
The polish applied beautiful and the drying time is decent. The finish is quite shiny but because the flakies create some unevenness, some of the shine is taken away. In the swatches I used one coat of the Tripe Shine Top Coat over "Pearly Whites" to even out the flakies.
The Triple Shine Top Coat is indeed very shiny and glossy, one coat of it almost makes it looks like I had a gel manicure done. It also prevents chipping and helps prolong the wear of your nail color. The drying time is very good and even when it dries it retains a squishy jelly-like look so it is perfect for smoothing out glitter/flakie polishes.
Overall I am super impressed with these polishes from the new Sally Hansen Triple Shine line. I have a few more colors/glitters coming up so stay tuned!
