The recipe I used comes from Joy of Baking (the recipe is for a full eight inch cake, I simply divided the filling and crust into ~22 individual cupcake cups). This variation on the classic cheese cake is super flavorful because of all the wonderful spices added, I think it is perfect for the fall time, but for cheesecake lovers, this is great all year round!
